Submit a Tree

Anyone can enter a Tree (individuals, families, businesses, churches, schools, clubs, non-profits, etc.), it’s totally FREE & there’s no entry fee! Simply provide a Tree, decorations & create your masterpiece & you’re in business!

If you’re in need of a Tree and/or decorations (youth/school groups, clubs, churches, other small non-profits) just reach out & we’re happy to let you check out our supplies! 

Your entry must be an actual Tree, in the shape of a Tree or anything with a Tree on it, only Tree themed allowed!

Trees must be artificial, no live Trees!

It’s NOT required to provide Gift Certificates, Gift Cards and/or any items under your Trees, but you can if you’d like! 

Trees must be Family Friendly!

Trees must not be Political in nature!

Trees can be ANY size! Make sure to measure your Trees accurately! Trees that are 1ft-4ft will be displayed on tables & receive 2ft of space! Trees that are 5ft-7ft will be displayed on the floor & receive 3ft-4ft of space! If your entry includes items that will exceed the space provided, you will need Prior Approval as space is extremely limited! Any items that cannot fit easily under the tree and/or are placed with the Tree, will constitute your Tree Entry needing extra space! 

All Tree Entries must be received by the official Deadline of Friday Nov. 13th & only completed Entry Forms will be accepted! Once your Entry has been accepted, you’ll receive a Confirmation # & that is how your Tree will be referenced! Entry forms can be submitted starting Friday Sept. 18th!  

The total number of Tree Entries will be limited this year! All Tree Entries will be accepted from Sept. 18th - Nov. 13th on a first come-first served basis! Once we reach our limit, no additional Trees can be entered, so enter early! 

Limit 3 Tree Entries per person!

All Trees must be completely set up during specified days & times! The number of Trees that can be set up during each time slot will be limited! Set up days Tues 12/1 & Wed 12/2 with 3 time slots 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm & 3pm-6pm!

All Trees must have working lights that plug into an outlet and/or extension cord (NO BATTERY LIGHTS)! 

All Trees must have a Tree topper (something as simple as a bow to finish off the top)!

All Trees must have a Tree skirt (something to finish off the bottom area unless this area is covered with items accompanying the Tree)!

You may include small handouts, brochures and/or business cards with your Tree but NO Interactive Trees! If you leave any literature, make sure you have an adequate number with your Tree as well as extras (marked with your Confirmation #) for our Volunteers to replenish as needed! 

Everything that’s with your Tree will go to the winner, please do NOT put anything with your Tree that you want back!
